GENETIC STRUCTURALISM ANALYSIS ON THE COLOR OUT OF SPACE BY H.P. LOVECRAFT

This paper aims to uncover the nature of the story by looking at the real events that is happening at the time this story created. Genetic structuralism theory is the merger between the basic and outward components of the scholarly works and the hypothesis will make the scholarly works gotten to be more significant. Analysts utilize a short story called “The Color Out Of Space”, which may be a frightful story by well-known H.P. Lovecraft. The concerns of the structure in the brief story text, the social worldview of the creator within the short story, the social structure of society that underlies the birth of a short story, and the relationship between social structures with the world see creators in the short story Color Out of Space by H.P. Lovecraft. This sort of investigation is graphic subjective inquire about utilizing genetic structuralism hypothesis by Lucien Goldmann. The human fact in this story was collected from Lovecraft’s life which was related with his experience. The history as collective ideas of this short story was taken from what happened in 1920’s in London. Finally the world view of Lovecraft comprises his ideas about kinds of color that cannot be seen by human eyes at that time and the ideas that came from his mind regarding to the color.
