SOCIOLOGICAL APPROACH ACTION OF PATRIOTISM FROM THE MOVIE THE PATRIOT

Movies are actually a way to convey messages, depict community circumstances, review literature or history, and serve as action scenes from a particular event that are shown in each scene. The Patriot movie acknowledges patriotism's actions. The war and history genre's Patriot, directed by Roland Emmerich and released in June 2000, is full of positive messages and values. The goal of this study is to look at actions in movies that show the patriotism values of a character. Qualitative descriptive methods are used in the sociology-based approach. The Patriot's analysis will eventually be applied to the country's social life. Courage, perseverance, self-sacrifice, and loyalty are all characteristics of patriotism depicted in The Patriot films.
