THE ROLE OF TEACHER IN MANAGING ENGLISH CLASSROOM AT VOCATIONAL SCHOOL
Kata Kunci:
classroom, English, teacher role, vocational schoolAbstrak
In a vocational school setting, teachers play a crucial role in shaping the future of students pursuing practical and hands-on skills. These educators go beyond traditional academic instruction and focus on providing specialized training and guidance in specific trade or vocational areas. They possess extensive knowledge and expertise in their respective fields, allowing them to impart practical skills, technical know-how, and industry-specific insights to their students. Teachers in vocational schools not only deliver curriculum content but also serve as mentors, inspiring students, and instilling in them a strong work ethic, discipline, and professionalism. They provide valuable guidance on career pathways, job opportunities, and industry trends, preparing students for successful entry into the workforce. By nurturing a supportive and collaborative learning environment, vocational school teachers empower students to develop their talents, excel in their chosen trades, and become competent professionals in their fields of interest.
